Welcome to Better Than Bargains. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders: When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is unavailable or there's an error in pricing. If we cancel an order after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.

2. Prices and payment: All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Payment is due at checkout.

3. Product information: We do our best to describe and show products accurately. Colors and sizes may vary slightly from photos, and small differences don't count as defects.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds: These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Product use and safety: Please follow any age recommendations, warnings, and instructions included with products. Products labeled for ages 14+ are not intended for young children.

6. Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Better Than Bargains is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Website use: You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
