Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Many items ship from U.S. warehouses and arrive sooner. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holiday rush.

Multiple items: Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.

Delays: If your order will be delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we'll email you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or missing packages: If tracking says delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give a full refund.
