Refund policy

30-Day Returns & Refunds

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We'll make it right. Email us at toomey53@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. No need to send it back.

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions, since returns sent without contacting us can't be processed. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations: Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be on its way.
